Terms of Service & Copy Right Policy

⚫︎ All orders are in full payment upfront. The listed are starting prices —there may be additional charges depending on how detailed the work you want it to be.
⚫︎ Cancellation or refunds will not be accepted once the first payment has been completed, unless the project is not completed by a previously approved deadline.
⚫︎ Updates and progress on the piece will be sent with watermarked images, as well as questions anytime to make sure it is according to the client’s liking. (Please try to be responsive as you can for smoother process time.)
⚫︎ Your personal information will be kept strictly private and used only for your commission. The invoice may include my address for billing — please keep it confidential as well. ⚫︎ As the artist, I hold every right to the artwork —any finished work, working-in-progress commissions on my social media— unless talked about with otherwise.
⚫︎ As a commissioner, the finished work are for personal use ONLY.
You may use the artwork however you prefer as long as youdo NOT claim the artwork as yours
